MAQ ARMEX Orbital is a specialized metal formwork system for the execution of circular concrete pillars, developed for projects where geometric precision and the quality of the finish are decisive.

Made entirely of high-strength steel, ARMEX Orbital combines robustness, ease of assembly and repeatability, allowing circular pillars to be executed with continuous, uniform and imperfection-free surfaces, even in works of high technical or architectural demand.

The system covers everything from standard diameters to customized technical solutions, becoming a key tool for building, civil works and unique architecture.

  • Each pillar is configured using two circular metal half-channels, which are assembled directly on site.
  • For small and medium diameters, the system incorporates integrated closures (welded bolt and wedge with chain), which guarantee safety and prevent loss of parts.
  • For large diameters, independent bolts and wedges with a larger section are used, designed to withstand greater loads during concreting.
  • The system is manufactured in standard height and diameter measurements, and allows custom design for special pillars.
  • Its configuration ensures perfect alignment and a homogeneous finish throughout the perimeter of the pillar.
