MAQ ARMEX Orbital is a specialized metal formwork system for the execution of circular concrete pillars, developed for projects where geometric precision and the quality of the finish are decisive.

Made entirely of high-strength steel, ARMEX Orbital combines robustness, ease of assembly and repeatability, allowing circular pillars to be executed with continuous, uniform and imperfection-free surfaces, even in works of high technical or architectural demand.

The system covers everything from standard diameters to customized technical solutions, becoming a key tool for building, civil works and unique architecture.

Each pillar is configured using two circular metal half-channels, which are assembled directly on site.
For small and medium diameters, the system incorporates integrated closures (welded bolt and wedge with chain), which guarantee safety and prevent loss of parts.
For large diameters, independent bolts and wedges with a larger section are used, designed to withstand greater loads during concreting.
The system is manufactured in standard height and diameter measurements, and allows custom design for special pillars.
Its configuration ensures perfect alignment and a homogeneous finish throughout the perimeter of the pillar.
